Like most of you, I made New Years’ resolutions for 2020. Mine are really a list of things I want to accomplish in my personal and professional life. 2019 wasn’t the most productive year for me and I refuse to let 2020 follow in 2019’s footsteps. I’m a procrastinator and it’s time to obliterate that trait from my life. I’m no longer, Christine Donovan, procrastinator. I’m Christine Donovan, go-getter. Before 2020 even started I dove into my 2020 list. I hired a web designer and I’m proud to say I have a beautiful professional website. I also have banners and such for advertising. And, a new blog!
I’m also 34,000 words into a new book. The last in a series of 7. Finally, whew! Next on my list is to get more involved with the marketing of my thirteen published books currently out and those to come. I’m presently going through Mark Dawson’s advertising class. Hoping to break the code on BookBub, Facebook and Amazon ads. Next on my list is blogging. I’ve decided to start blogging on a regular basis and hope to participate in Marketing for Romance Writers’ 52-week blog challenge.
Always on my list is writing, working my part-time job, cooking, cleaning, laundry, DIY projects, yard work, family commitments and so on. I better be a go-getter, just thinking about all the things I need to do on a daily basis is exhausting!
Happy 2020,
Christine
